How do I sign up for online banking?
To bank online with us, you must have a First Colebrook Bank account, an Internet browser that supports encryption, and a bank-issued Online Moose ID
and password. Visit our nearest bank office to sign up for online banking
and get your ID and password. The process is fast and easy.
How secure are Online Moose and Online Moose Bill Pay?
In a word, very. Online Moose uses state-of-the-art Internet technology to make online banking secure and to protect your personal information. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, industry-leading firewalls, custom-designed architecture, and unique ID numbers and passwords are designed to ensure the safety of your Internet banking transactions.Your account information can only be accessed upon verification of your
bank-issued Online Moose ID and password
and any information shared between you and
us is encrypted.
How do I log in to Online Moose?
Click on the link to Online Moose Internet Banking above, enter your Online Moose
ID and password; when asked, enter your e-mail address.
Why do you need my e-mail address?
In order to better serve your needs, please provide us with your e-mail address. This will allow you to receive certain alerts via e-mail.
What do I do if I forget my Online Moose ID and/or password?

How late in the evening can I make transfers through Online Moose?
You can bank online anytime, 24/7. But transfers must be made by 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except scheduled holidays, to be included
in that day's business activity.
Can I make my loan payment through
Online Moose?
Yes. You are in total control of your payment.
You can set up your payment on a one-time or recurring basis. Both the loan you are paying
and the account you want to pay from need
to be linked to your Online Moose account.
Loan payments to other institutions can be
scheduled through First Colebrook Bank's
bill payment service.
Not all my accounts are linked to Online Moose. If I want to add one, what do I do?

Will I have a separate password for my
bill pay account?
Yes. Our customer service representative will explain how to utilize your bill pay password.

Who can I pay through Online Moose Bill Pay?
You can securely pay your bills online to any
person or business in the United States. You
cannot pay child support or any government agency, such as the IRS, through any bill
payment service. Some of your payees may not take electronic payments; however, you can
still schedule payments. When a payee does
not accept electronic payments, a check will be
issued to the payee instead and appear in your monthly bank statement.
Is there an amount limit when paying bills through Online Moose Bill Pay?
No; however, you must have sufficient available funds in your account when the payment is
presented to the bank. If there are not sufficient available funds, the bank reserves the right to return any payment and impose applicable charges.
How much lead time do I need to allow for online bill payments?
When scheduling your payments, please allow
3-5 business days in advance of the due date for electronic payments and 5-7 business days for check payments. Please refer to your Internet Banking Agreement for additional information.
